How It Works
Our work begins from our very first contact.
Here's a brief description of our process, so you know what to expect.
Inquiry - Simply fill out our online contact form with the details regarding your event.
Reply - Once we receive your basic details, we generally reply within 24 hours. We'll let you know if we are available, and provide a price estimate based on your entertainment needs.
Open Communication - At this point, there may be some questions that arise from either party involved. We will provide any information needed to help you in your decision-making process, before moving forward.
Booking - Now that we have an agreement, you will want to secure your date. You will receive an email with your contract and deposit details. This will be completed online with step by step instructions in your email.
Online Music & Planning Forms - We will provide our custom-built online planning forms, along with access to our timeline creator and music selection forms. These will greatly aid you in your planning process!
Final Preparations - Once all your details are submitted, we will schedule a final phone call. We discuss everything from beginning to end, answering any questions that may remain. We use a proactive approach, in combination with our experience, to ensure that no stone is left unturned.
